Shipping and Return Policies
Items ship directly from the manufacturer who prints the items at the demand of the order. Most companies print the order within 2-3 days and then ship it using the methods that they chose. I don't have any input into the shipping methods. Please allow 1-3 weeks to get your item. You will be able to track your item with the shipping information sent to you at the time of shipping.
The plus to this system is that we don't create excess waste in products. You will never get someone else's returned item. All items are newly printed and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. I find this to be a more sustainable method and it also lets me offer you a larger variety of items to meet your special needs. Because they are printed individually as specialty items (home decor that you won't find in a store), the price may be a bit higher than you would purchase at a discount, bargain store. I do guarantee the quality and will replace a poorly made item.
This means 2 things:
- I do not have a physical store location. My products are sold online only. This means that there are NO RETURNS on products. If there is a possibility for me to catch the order within the first 24 hour period, I may be able to cancel it (ie: you accidently ordered 2 of something). Because I pay fees for all of the orders, there is a $20 reprocessing fee should I have to make a change.
- Because Items ship directly to you from the manufacturer, I am not able to do quality control checks on each item. I DO order items and cheeck the quality before I add them to my website but occasionally a sub par item may show up at your door. I know it's incredibly frustrating and dissappointing and believe me, I am more upset than you when it happens but if it happens to you.... PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH PICTURES OF THE ITEM AND THE DEFECTS AND I WILL SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY.
